What we collect
When you send a Check availability request we collect your name, email address, the dates you asked for, the bike and shop, and, if you give them, your phone number, delivery address and message.
What we do with it
We pass it to the rental shop you asked about, so they can reply to you, and we email you a copy. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep requests while we are handling them and for the rental season they belong to, then delete them.
Your choices
Email contact@velocompass.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will also stop contacting you if you ask.
